I would like to thank the Sana staff for helping my husband get through his depression and addiction . Mr. Eddie kept me informed and updated with my husbands entire treatment plan. Eddie gave my husband the push he needed. My husband is now 1 year clean as of today. Praise the lord too Lisa, Wendy Nurse Connie, Cassandra and the entire staff they are going phenomenal work at that place.
Dr. Bishon and all the nurses and were helpful. I came in with severe depression and the overall treatment was above average . Both Eddie's were very helpful as well.
My name is Terry K. I took the time out sit and write this letter in hopes that in hearing it [my story] some help and hope will be offered to others. I had lost all hope ...My wife had someone else [32 years] I was living with and taking care of my oldest brother after 5 years he became ill and was hospitalized he had to have his leg taken and had a minor stroke....I was getting money for taking care of him..now it all was gone and I went into despair. I blamed myself for all these things, when in fact it was mot any fault of mine. I had everything a 58 year old man could strive for...House cars, furniture{ even a pool in the backyard}... I had few friends because I worked a lot... On Christmas day I fund myself all alone...I broke ties with what friends I had because I do not like all the pot and drugs{my wife too} the day after Xmas I brought myself a Xmas gift a pistol and my favorite whiskey and beer... So with that said, I began to give all I owned away until, everything was gone...Yes I was happy that it all finally over and I could call this thing done. Well I did attempt to use my fire arm and it miss fired, {which saved my life} 3 days later I went to the VA for help. With the help of others: most of who I know. } The VA took me in gave me a shot. Because the VA had no more room, I was sent to this facility. I am here I believe that one could help, all was lost and this thing was done. I found that in 2 weeks : that all was not lost ; that there is more of this thing to do: that the blame was not mine. This place helped me to open up and re-learn some very simple things. Then and only then I decided to be a survivor, I had hope again! I survive something very few have, so in saying that I am grateful.. I am starting over with little more than the clothes I am wearing and a new out look about things. This thing isn't over just yet... I know that now...Give this place a chance....give yourself a chance..... what these people are doing does work...
I came to Sana behavioral health as a last resort to save my life. I was diagnosed with ptsd which without knowing I had lived with for 30 years of my life. The staff and doctors were absolutely amazing and life saving for me. Wendy,Eddie,Justin,Billy,Ken,KarenLisa,Mary,Big Eddie,Romona,Connie,Daisy,Dr Hussein,Dr Wardrow,Treo, and many others brought me back to a path of hope and feelings of a successful future. The meeting and activities are very helpful and the people are very thorough in your healing. you always have 100 percent attention from the staff here. they want you to succeed and live a healthy life whole heartily. anything you need help with no matter what they make sure to give you the tools to succeed. I recommend anyone with mental illness to come to Sana because I promise they will get you on the right path. not only did they treat me to get better but they have become friends. I love them all dearly for saving my life and giving me hope again and have nothing but respect and compassion. this is a unbelievable place to heal and you will not find a better I promise....sincerely Chad Hillis

Gary He is at Sana Behavioral HealthHospital 8975 W. Twain Las Vegas NV 89103. He is being evaluated and his number of stay has not been determined. Possible 7 days or extended days maybe upon completion of evaluation. I visited him on 10/29/2019 I was very impressed with the professionalism display by Cassandra and the Nurse. Its a small facility but is very clean and neat. No scents maybe 15 patients.Very friendly Manager & staff. Gary has one complaint they dont have a kitchen. The food is prepared by Culinary Arts fresh daily 3 times a day plus snacks. And can have seconds if asked ! At this facility he is allowed to smoke . They are given 4 cigarettes at intervals and 1 cigarette before bed. However this facility is not long term. God is with us in the mist ! Keep Gary and I in your prayers. Thank Sana Behavioral Health Hospital and your Impeccable staff under the guidance of Mrs.Cassandra who is friendly, explains, knowledgeable, precise, has a staff equal to provide for patients needs that arrive at their facility.
